Madison, WI – July 11, 2011 – At its June Board of Director’s meeting the Cool Choices Board elected two new members, Kristine Euclide and Bill Mitchell, to add to the already impressive group leading the way for Cool Choices!
Ms. Euclide has over 30 years of legal experience, focusing on energy, environmental and local government law matters. She has been the Vice President/General Counsel of Madison Gas and Electric Company (MGE) since 2001 and is also a MGE Foundation Director.
The Executive Director of the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation for more than two decades, Mr. Mitchell assists Waukesha County businesses and communities to compete in the global economy. Under his leadership WCEDC facilitated the development of a system of sustainability tools for business, now operating as the SmartBusiness Forum.
“We are delighted with these additions to the Board,” said Kathy Kuntz, executive director. “Their combined experience with energy and economic development will help us develop and implement initiatives that strengthen local economies while protecting Wisconsin resources for future generations.”
