Pewaukee (May 17, 2011) – CC&N has enhanced its technical and trouble-shooting support for Avaya’s line of business voice systems. Avaya is the world’s leading supplier of business voice systems and the majority of CC&N’s voice communications clients use Avaya.

CC&N’s new support model takes advantage of the company’s extensive pool of 40 experienced field technicians, engineers and incident managers. With more than 600 clients and $25 million in sales, CC&N is Wisconsin’s largest provider of cabling and connectivity solutions.

When a CC&N client requires voice system assistance, an incident manager from CC&N’s Internal Solutions Center takes responsibility for coordinating an immediate and long-term response, using certified field technicians or system engineers, based on the situation. The incident manager stays with the project until a resolution has been achieved.

“Our new customer support model creates increased efficiency and continues to position CC&N as the premier provider of voice support solutions in Wisconsin,” says Lisa Reardon, president of CC&N.

The new support model provides additional career opportunities within CC&N. The company has implemented a multi-level training course, which allows certified technicians and engineers to move into new roles as on-site first responders or Level 1 or Level II technicians. To date, 10 CC&N technicians and engineers have completed the initial Avaya Support Model training course. Another 30 technicians are scheduled to attend training later this summer.

CC&N, which is headquartered in Pewaukee and has branch offices in Madison, Racine and Appleton, has more than 175 full and part-time employees. It is an employee-owned company, or ESOP, and was named ESOP Company of the Year in 2010 by the Wisconsin Chapter of The ESOP Association.

Founded over 25 years ago, CC&N provides leading communications technology and infrastructure solutions for critical one-time projects or large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple sites, diverse technical needs and challenging environments. The company’s customers range from Fortune 500 corporations to mid-sized and new venture companies. An employee-owned company, CC&N is dedicated to superior quality, safe working practices and absolute integrity in all of its business relationships.
