BF was able to provide an emergency bridge loan for the purchase out of foreclosure. The closing of the hotel had to occur by December 15th so the new owners could get the property ready to receive guests over the Christmas & New Years Holiday. The BF team arranged for a private individual lender to provide a temporary loan to the borrower so the purchase could take place in the proper time frame. BF is now working with the borrower to secure a permanent SBA guaranteed loan of $600,000.
