American Speed Association: Kwik Trip returns for fifth consecutive year as 2011 ASAMT title sponsor

The American Speed Association® Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment and grandstay.net proudly announces that Kwik Trip, Inc. will return for the fifth consecutive year as the series title sponsor.

“We are heading into our 5th year anniversary and we have made some fantastic adjustments to our marketing program and road show. Kwik Trip will be a fantastic partner to work with as we work on new and innovative promotional programs to drive customer loyalty and to increase our fan base at the ASAMT events,” shared Steve Einhaus, Vice President of the ASA Midwest Tour.

The relationship between Kwik Trip, Inc. and the ASAMT has been one that has made a huge impact on the ASAMT marketing and promotional program. Kwik Trip’s dedication to the series has shown their commitment to the series, whether it be their personnel representation at each and every race, advertising, promotional incentives, driver appearances, or race day displays.

Tim Olson, President of the ASAMT, is looking forward to 2011, and once again the relationship with the Kwik Trip. “This will be one of our biggest and best years yet, and it’s great to have Kwik Trip back on board. With their recent announcement of expansion, it also looks like it could be one of their biggest and best years as well.”

“We both are growing and it should be a great year for both parties. We truly believe it is going to be an excellent year, and working with Kwik Trip, and their staff, who share in the same values as the ASAMT, is always a huge benefit,” added Olson.

As one of the largest independently held convenience store chains, Kwik Trip is not your everyday stop. As its own producer and distributor, Kwik Trip is able to guarantee quality and freshness at lower prices than grocery stores on private label brand products. The ASAMT and Kwik Trip, Inc. share in the dedication of being cost effective for everyone involved without sacrificing quality and excitement.

Jenny Frandsen, Kwik Trip Marketing Project Manager, has been a huge part of the relationship between the ASAMT and Kwik Trip. “Kwik Trip is happy to be back with the ASAMT for the 5th consecutive year. We have been a part of the Tour since its inception. It should be another great year of racing, and we look forward to seeing all the drivers, crew members, officials and fans!”

Throughout the 2010 racing season, Kwik Trip representatives could be found at each event, whether they were serving hot Karuba coffee on cold mornings or Nature’s Touch water and Kwikade on those hot summer days. One could also be greeted by a smiling and enthusiastic Kwik Trip representative offering fresh-baked banana bread, bananas, and a variety of chips and other items to keep the teams refueled throughout the day.

Kwik Trip also offers a refreshing alternative to fast food at a convenient price. For the person on the go, the “Hot Spot” hot foods bar is filled with a variety of freshly baked breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, corn dogs, and pizza slices. Kwik Trip also includes a “fresh foods” cold case offering customers healthy food choices including fresh salads, fruits and vegetables. Kwik Trip’s newest item, Cheese Mountain Take n’ Bake pizza comes with a variety of toppings and is available in the pizza case. Call ahead ordering is available for pizzas.
