MILWAUKEE – Tactics and strategies to power growth and customer diversification are the topic of a March 3 Lunch & Learn presentation hosted by the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP).

Ted Muccio, president of Pereles Bros., Inc. of Milwaukee is the featured speaker. Pereles Bros., Inc., one of the Midwest’s leading plastic injection molders, offers cost efficient design, prototyping assistance and technical services to customers in a range of industries including medical, food service, house wares, automotive aftermarket and many others. Muccio will share how the landscape of their business has changed over the last few years, as well as how the firm partnered with WMEP to create and implement a strategic sales and marketing initiative to connect with existing customers, reach prospective customers, and create local and national awareness of their business offering.
“This is a unique opportunity for senior executives to hear directly from a manufacturing leader on ways to position their companies for growth and success,” said Raab, regional account manager, WMEP.
The presentation also will highlight diversification strategies to help manufacturers struggling with the issue of being captive to a small number of customers.
