15,000 Visitors To Date

WAUKESHA, WI (September 2, 2010) – With 10 days to go and attendance on pace to meet the Metropolitan Builders Association’s (MBA) projection of 30,000 to 35,000 visitors this year, the 65th anniversary MBA Parade of Homes’ final visitor count may exceed the organization’s expectations.

“Our attendance numbers keep climbing and so do the number of homes that have sold,” said Rick Hodges, MBA Executive Director. “So far three homes have confirmed buyers and as we head into the holiday weekend, which is typically our busiest during the 21-day event, it wouldn’t surprise me if that number climbed as well.”

The 22 must-see homes built by 18 of Southeastern Wisconsin’s most experienced home builders will be open through Sunday, September 12th and the purchase of one ticket allows entry into all three Parade sites – Pewaukee (Broken Hill subdivision), Oak Creek (The Bluffs of Oak Creek subdivision) and Richfield (Reflections Village subdivision).

“There are still a number of special events and promotions to come so I invite everyone interested in new home building, home improvements, “green” building or the latest in design trends, technology and innovative building practices to attend this can’t-miss event,” said Hodges.
