International Council of Shopping Centers: Appoints six volunteer officers for the state of Wisconsin

New York (June 28, 2010) – The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is pleased to announce that the following six members have been appointed as volunteer officers for the state of Wisconsin: Tom Goldsmith, Culver Franchising System, Inc., Prairie Du Sac, Wis., has been appointed the State Director; Robert Dennik, VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, Wis., has been appointed the Government Relations Committee Chair; Brad Dallet, Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., Milwaukee, Wis., has been appointed the Alliance Private Sector Co-Chair; Robert Duffy, City of Oconomowoc, Oconomowoc, Wis., has been appointed the Alliance Public Sector Co-Chair; Judy M. Craighead, SCMD, CBL and Associates Properties, Inc.- East Towne Mall in Madison, Wis., has been appointed Operations Chair; and Michael Frame, Walgreens Co, Deerfield, Ill., has been appointed Retail Chair. All appointments are for the 2010-2011 term.

“These officers join a wonderful group of volunteers who continue to not only develop new and exciting programs for our members, but also serve as the voice of the industry for the sectors they represent,” said ICSC’s president and CEO, Michael P. Kercheval. “All of us here at ICSC look forward to working with them during the coming year,” Kercheval added.

Every year ICSC appoints volunteer officers and tasks them with the responsibility of representing the association-at-large. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, attending divisional committee meetings, discussing concerns and activities within their division with other ICSC officers, mentoring members and other ICSC officials, promoting committee participation and other ICSC activities, and ensuring that ICSC policies and procedures are upheld.
