Ed Kidner, Tax Partner:

Kidner, an attorney and CPA, leads the Commercial Transactions and Private Equity practice and has several years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and structuring, strategic planning, business planning, contract negotiations and finance. His areas of expertise include an emphasis on the construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and services sectors. Kidner has extensive experience in the structuring of, and the related due diligence for, transactions ranging in scope from $25 million to several billion dollars in both the privately held and publically traded sectors. He has also served as the CEO and General Counsel for a diversified consolidated group of entities which provide keen insight into management’s perspective to business transactions. 

Yassir Karam, Managing Partner, Valuation and Forensic Services (VFS):

Karam leads the firm’s national VFS group in providing valuation, forensic accounting, transfer pricing, and financial modeling services to a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Karam has been an instrumental part of the firm’s VFS group for more than a decade when he joined the firm in 1998. He became partner in 2005.
