Senators Urged to Help Repower America

WHAT: Johnson Controls, Wisconsin Environment and the Office of Energy Independence will participate in a conference call with reporters on Thursday to release a new study by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) detailing how improved energy efficiency policies could create thousands of jobs, save consumers money, reduce fossil fuel dependency and global warming pollution in Wisconsin. The findings make the case that Senators Feingold and Kohl should support strong energy efficiency provisions as part of energy and climate legislation now before Congress.
