The Exchange can be used to identify gaps in care for the treatment of chronic conditions, cost per episode of care, population health issues, preventable hospital readmissions and variations in generic prescribing.

— Industry officials say Wisconsin’s transportation construction industry is completing one of the largest seasons in the past 20 years due to highway program funding increases provided at the state and federal level.

They said funding in the state budget combined with federal stimulus projects will support more than 28-thousand Wisconsin jobs over the next year.

Many projects have already been started with the federal stimulus money, and more will be contracted out in the spring.
