Tonight the Wauwatosa Common Council voted 9-6 to rezone two residential properties so that additional parking can be built to serve the highly successful Mo’s Irish Pub located at 10842 Bluemound Rd , Wauwatosa , Wisconsin
The new parking lot would increase Mo’s off-street parking to 179. In consideration for the expansion, Mo’s has agreed to provide extensive landscaping on both the parking area as well as adjoining neighbor properties and to pay the City the same amount in property taxes (as if the homes remained on the property) for the next ten years.
