Oconomowoc-based IT firm acquires Hartland, Wis.-based developer of Hybrid Digital Video Recorders
OCONOMOWOC, Wis. – October 28, 2008 – Paragon Development Systems, Inc. (PDS) announced today that it has acquired Vision Controls Corporation of Hartland, Wis. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Vision Controls employees and products have transferred to PDS headquarters in Oconomowoc, where they will work with the PC Technologies Group. The transfer was completed October 24th, 2008.
With more than two decades of consecutive annual revenue growth, PDS Vice President Chris Thorsen noted that PDS consistently works to expand its service offerings, and the Vision Controls acquisition allows PDS to build on its expertise in the fast growing IP video security market place.
