New OfficeMax Store Design Brings Better Shopping Experience and More Products
Naperville, Ill. — OfficeMax(R), (NYSE:OMX) one of the nation’s largest office supply retailers, today announced the opening of its new store located at 1275 W. Capitol Drive, Suite A, Pewaukee, WI 53072.
OfficeMax has introduced a new multi-purpose store layout that is designed to offer customers a better shopping experience and a comprehensive selection of office supplies, furniture, equipment and printing services. OfficeMax offers free WiFi access and in-store print and document services through OfficeMax ImPress(TM). Customers can download and print documents at OfficeMax ImPress, which provides high-tech digital printing and copying, binding, finishing and laminating.
“We are excited to introduce the community to a new type of friendly and accessible store that goes beyond the typical warehouse office supply store,” said Ryan Vero, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer for OfficeMax. “Our store layout is designed to help customers accomplish more in one trip — from buying office supplies to taking care of their printing needs. We want to be the preferred destination for everyone in the area.”
New OfficeMax Locations Bring Extensive Range of Services, Programs and Products
When OfficeMax opens new retail stores, it means more than just plain office supplies. OfficeMax brings a full range of products, services and programs that help business professionals, teachers and anyone who just needs to get their work done. Following are just some of the benefits of a new OfficeMax retail store:
— OfficeMax “End of Rebates” Program. OfficeMax has eliminated virtually
all mail-in rebates from our stores. The reason is simple: mail-in
rebates require consumers to manage complex paperwork and provide
multiple forms of proof of purchase. OfficeMax customers now enjoy
special product discounts without the hassles of mail-in rebates.
— A Complete Range of Options for Ink and Toner needs. OfficeMax offers a
full line of ink and toner cartridges, including manufacturer or
private label. OfficeMax also refills printer ink cartridges, using a
computerized kiosk that analyzes the cartridge before and after
filling. For further convenience and to promote environmentally
responsible practices, OfficeMax offers a cartridge recycling option.
For each qualified cartridge recycled, OfficeMax provides a $3.00
instant discount on any in-store purchase.
— MaxPerks for Teachers and MaxPerks for Business. MaxPerks for Teachers
allows teachers to earn $10 in MaxPerks rewards for every $75 purchase
in qualifying merchandise up to $100 in MaxPerks rewards annually.
Teachers can also earn an additional 2 percent back on all ink and
toner cartridge purchases. MaxPerks for Business allows customers to
earn up to 2 percent back on purchases of $300 or more in qualifying
merchandise each quarter. OfficeMax also offers business customers
bonus opportunities that can double or triple their purchase value.
— OfficeMax Remote Tech Support Service — ctrlcenter(TM) OfficeMax
recently launched a new affordable, high-quality and speedy remote
access (via phone or online) problem-solving service called
ctrlcenter(TM) designed for PC computers and other electronic devices.
Some of the services available through ctrlcenter include PC set-up,
Virus Protection and Help Desk programs.
