MADISON, WI (January 10, 2008)—DeWitt Ross & Stevens, S.C., announces that as of January 1, 2008, Madison attorney, Bradley W. Raaths has become a Shareholder in the firm.

Raaths concentrates his practice in the areas of business and franchise law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and commercial real estate matters. He is a member of the business and taxation sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the franchising section of the American Bar Association. In addition, Raaths has been a lecturer in numerous business and real estate law seminars, is co-author of the “Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitations of Remedy” section of the State Bar Contract Law treatise and co-author of “Legal Issue with Limited Term Assistance” in Wisconsin Meetings Magazine. He was listed as a “Rising Star” in Law & Politics magazine. Raaths also serves as a member of the advisory Board of Directors for National Tissue Company.

Raaths received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, his law degree from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
