Ron Mayor and Dominick Tassone join Capitol as Vice Presidents, Specialty Markets Division
MIDDLETON, Wis., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ — Capitol is pleased to announce the formation of its new Specialty Markets Division. The focus of the division will be specialty property and casualty insurance programs throughout the United States. The division will write property, inland marine, crime, general liability, umbrella and package business. This will include utilizing both admitted and surplus lines products through Capitol’s three insurance companies. Typical property limits will be less than $20 million per location and involve primary and umbrella business up to $5 million. Mr. Ron Mayor and Mr. Dominick Tassone will head the Division. Messrs. Mayor and Tassone will be responsible for development, profitability and growth of this new unit and will report to James J. McIntyre, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Mayor joins Capitol with more than 25 years of underwriting, marketing and management experience in the program property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Mayor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Tassone joins Capitol with more than 25 years of underwriting, marketing and management experience in the program property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Tassone is a graduate of Nassau Community College.
