SWAY NAMES RICK RUSCH

VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC PLANNING

MADISON, WI – March 1, 2006 –  Sway, Inc, a fast-growing, interactive marketing agency transforming the online experience, names Rick Rusch as Vice President of Strategic Planning. In his new role, Rick will look at how the latest interactive trends are reshaping the way companies connect with their audiences.  His responsibilities include discovering the most valuable points of connection to a client’s target market, creating a technology strategy and delivering multiple connection points.

“Every company, no matter what industry, no matter what size, must have a meaningful online relationship with its customers,” said Jason Weaver, CEO. He continued, “As Vice President of Strategic Planning, Rick will help companies connect with their target audiences – exploring all aspects of innovative solutions from Web site optimization to eMarketing strategy; from social networking to podcasts, mobile phone messaging and more.”

Most recently, Rick served as general manager and director of business development for John Roach Projects, a brand communications agency and was a member of the pioneering e-commerce art startup Guild.com. He spent over a decade at Lands’ End, the international apparel company, as general merchandise manager, developing strategies to build their business in Japan.

A Rocky Mountain peak bagging enthusiast, Rick gets his inspiration and imagination from a whole different level.  He and his wife Sandy are in pursuit of the “Fourteener’s Club,” the prestigious status achieved after climbing 50 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks. Rick currently has a dozen peaks under his belt.
