MILWAUKEE (September 12, 2006) — Mandel Group, a national, award-winning builder and developer, has hired integrated marketing communications agency Stir to develop a strategic, go-to-market branding initiative for The North End neighborhood, a $200 million development in downtown Milwaukee.
“Stir’s proven track record—combined with its full-range of marketing capabilities—was the driving force behind our decision,” said Tracy Bredow,” marketing director at Mandel Group. “The program we’re working on together also includes corporate identity initiatives to connect people with several of our other developments in Metropolitan Milwaukee.”
According to Steve Koeneke, creative director and partner at Stir, The North End marketing campaign will enable Mandel Group to put a sizeable “dot” on the Milwaukee map, and create an attractive, memorable gateway between the Water and Brady Street neighborhoods.
To date, Stir has developed a branding campaign that creates an identity for The North End community, complete with descriptive names, logos, banners and street-side items for Mandel Group’s buildings within this new neighborhood.
Stir will transition this campaign into a comprehensive, integrated effort, creating one brand and one voice for The North End neighborhood. The plan calls for future marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns.
