Middleton, WI (3/22/06) – Screaming Bee LLC is proud to announce the release of its MorphVOX 2.0 voice-changing software, designed to work with games or chat programs. MorphVOX is a Windows PC tool used to change the voice of a person online. It is useful for gamers who want to role-play a character that is of a different gender (or species) than the player.
“Think of the possibilities. Gamers can now change their voice to sound like a troll, giant, dwarf or dark lord,” explains Mark Ramirez, the CEO of Screaming Bee. He adds, “They’ve spent many hours grooming their online character to look a certain way. Why not change their voice to match?”
Since MorphVOX was designed and developed for online games, it has a number of features that gamers find useful – such as push-to-talk, sound effects, audio alarms and key mapping. Additional themed voices are now available for free. Online gamers can now sound like the character they play, whether they choose to be a mighty giant or a grumpy dwarf.
MorphVOX can be used with games like World of Warcraft, Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest 2, Guild Wars, Counter Strike and many more. It also works well with chat programs such as TeamSpeak, Skype, Roger Wilco and Ventrilo.
