RedPrairie: Appoints David Mott Product Marketing Leader for Workforce Performance Management

International Business Development and Implementation Leader to Drive Product Expansion and Global Customer Growth

Milwaukee, WI – RedPrairie Corporation, a global leader in supply chain technology solutions that enable business process transformation, today announced the appointment of David Mott as Product Marketing Leader for the Workforce Performance Management business unit. In this new capacity, RedPrairie veteran Mott will apply his over 13 years of experience marketing and implementing RedPrairie Workforce Performance Management solutions across North America and Western Europe to direct product expansion and drive growth globally.

For the past two years Mott has been serving as Workforce Performance Management business development and implementations leader for RedPrairie’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region headquartered in Stockenchurch, United Kingdom. He has been a key factor in the acquisition and implementation of a number of new customers in the EMEA region.

Prior to his EMEA assignment, Mott spent over 11 years implementing RedPrairie’s Workforce Performance Management solutions in North America for numerous customers across many vertical markets. He also served in a business development capacity during this timeframe.

Comments Mott, “Having worked closely with so many customers in many different environments has given me a great understanding for the workforce challenges they face and the value our solution can provide. My goal is to make sure our product suite continues to expand in areas that bring greatest value to our customers.”

Prior to joining RedPrairie in 1993, Mott worked in distribution management at Target Corporation. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
