Midwest Airlines: Frequent Flyers Can Now Earn Midwest Miles When They Shop Online

MILWAUKEE–Members of Midwest Airlines’ frequent flyer program can now earn Midwest Miles when they shop online through the new Midwest Miles Mall, powered by SkyMall.

Midwest Miles members will earn miles by shopping online from any of the 32 merchants participating in the program, including 1-800-CONTACTS, AVON.com, Bass Pro Shops, Buy.com, Cooking.com, drugstore.com, Gap, Golf Galaxy, Hickory Farms, Lands’ End, Luggage Online, Office Depot, Inc., Old Navy, Overstock.com, SkyMall, Sony, StarbucksStore.com, Timberland and Wine.com. New merchants will be added to the program on an ongoing basis.

To earn Midwest Miles for purchases, customers must have a Midwest Miles account and access the merchants via midwestmilesmall.com. Those without an account can open one free of charge at midwestairlines.com. Complete terms and conditions are available on the airline’s Web site. Midwest Miles can be redeemed for a variety of awards — including free domestic and international travel, hotel stays, car rentals, theme park tickets and more.

“The Midwest Miles Mall is a great addition to the Midwest Miles program, because it gives customers the opportunity to earn miles for products they buy every day, from merchants they know and trust,” said Steven P. Mathwig, Midwest’s director of loyalty marketing. “The Midwest Miles Mall is also a great way for customers to top off their account so they have enough miles for a particular award.”

Midwest Airlines features jet service throughout the United States. Skyway Airlines, Inc. — its wholly owned subsidiary — operates as Midwest Connect, which offers connections to Midwest Airlines as well as point-to-point service between select markets on regional jet and turboprop aircraft. Together, the airlines offer service to 47 cities. More information is available at http://www.midwestairlines.com .
