Main Street Industries: Architectural Arts expands at Main Street Industries

For Immediate Release

Main Street Industries is pleased to announce that Architectural Arts is doubling their leased space.

Architectural Arts builds to-scale architectural models for architects and developers. In 1988 Bruce Severson was working as an architect, when he was asked to build a series of models for an upcoming Frank Lloyd Wright exhibition at the Elvehjem Museum (now the Chazen Museum of Art). That is when his business started and he has never looked back. Bruce enjoys the freedom and the ability to “behave like an artist” – something that he could rarely do as an architect. “I was able to stay in the field of architecture but employ my artistic skills in a new way”, he says. Bruce has a number of very large projects in the pipeline including developer Todd McGrath’s Union Corners project.
