Easy as 1-2-3
Customers can design their personalized artwork totes by following a simple three-step process. Step 1 – Send the artwork. After selecting an original piece of artwork from their favorite child artist, customers should convert the image into a .jpeg or .tff file by scanning or taking a digital picture of it, and e-mailing the file to kidsartwork@landsend.com . Two to three days after receiving the artwork, Lands’ End will contact customers with a logo number that is used to identify their individual piece of art. To ensure delivery by Christmas, artwork must be received by December 7, 2006.
Step 2 – Place an order. Upon receiving their artwork/logo number, customers should contact a Lands’ End customer service associate to discuss the details of the tote(s) they wish to order. Customers are given a variety of options to create a tote that complements their selected artwork, including whether they want the artwork image to be embroidered or printed on the tote(s). Artwork can be applied to medium, large or extra-large Open-top and Zip-top Canvas Totes. Tote costs range from $19-$35. Set-up and application fees are $165 for embroidered artwork and $15 for printed artwork. Gift boxing is also available for $6 per tote to make the gift-giving process even easier. To ensure delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 11, 2006.
Step 3 – Quick Delivery. After an order is placed, the artwork is printed or embroidered on the tote chosen, packed and shipped to the customer’s desired address. Artwork Totes will be received seven to ten days after an order is placed.
