The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce announces it is sponsoring a Mayoral Debate for the candidates running for the office of Mayor of the City of Brookfield.
The City of Brookfield February 21st primary election resulted in Alderman Cindy Kilkenny and Mayor Jeff Speaker as the two candidates. The mayoral general election will be April 4, 2006.
The debate will be held at the City of Brookfield Safety Building, 2100 N. Calhoun Road, Brookfield, on Monday, March 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Registration, Lunch and networking start at 11:00 a.m. Moderator for the debate will be Wisconsin State Representative Leah Vukmir, 14th Assembly District.
Box lunches provided by Bear Rock Café, Brookfield, will be available for $9.00. The debate is free but reservations for the debate and box lunch are required by Thursday, March 16th at 5:00 p.m. Payment in advance required for a box lunch.
