Trans States Airlines, flown as AmericanConnection, will upgrade their equipment from turboprop airplanes to regional jets on routes from Dane County Regional Airport to St. Louis, Bradley Livingston, Dane County Regional Airport Director announced today.

“Passengers will experience greater space and comfort. We’re very pleased with this upgrade in service for our St. Louis bound customers,” said Livingston.

The number of seats now on the Jetstream 41 propeller driven plane increases from 30 to 50 seats on the Embraer 145 aircraft.

The morning flight departing DCRA will change to jet service on March 2, and the late afternoon flight will change to jet service on April 2.
