Milwaukee, WI, October 10, 2005 – Neurognostics, Inc., a Wisconsin company specializing in functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) products and services, is pleased to announce the release of the company‘s new logo and tagline, which will appearing on its website, marketing materials, and products this fall.

“We decided to change our look to better reflect the direction the company is heading,” said Douglas Tucker, Ph.D., M.B.A, Neurognostics CEO. “Our vision remains the same. We want to standardize the way fMRI is performed in the clinical environment and to create useful fMRI applications for the healthcare community. In the past year, we have learned a lot about our customers’ needs, the fMRI market, and our capability to serve those needs. Similarly, we devoted considerable attention to our brand development and corporate image. We are confident that our new look will build on the momentum of our brand growth and serve as the foundation of our corporate identity.”

Neurognostics’ new logo is simple, professional, and identifiable among other businesses’ logos. The updated typeface symbolizes strength, knowledge, stability, and confidence, while the blue background supports these characteristics.

“Being a new company, it is important for Neurognostics to have our customers recognize and remember our name,” said Len Seward, Vice President, Sales. “The new logo is more memorable and has the ability to build recognition and equity over the years. Along with the new tagline, “we make fMRI work,” the message we want to convey to our customers is that we are knowledgeable and confident in what we do. We want them to think of Neurognostics whenever they think of fMRI.”

Founded in 2003, Neurognostics develops clinical applications for fMRI. Neurognostics strives to standardize the way fMRI is performed in a clinical setting, whether it is used in preoperative neurosurgical procedures or to assess and manage patients with various neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders. fMRI is a powerful imaging technique that extends the capability of Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging by providing information about the functioning of imaged tissue. The Company hopes that its applications will become the standard technique to assess and manage patients with CNS disorders.
