Madison, WI – Attorney Rebecca R. DeMarb of Murphy Desmond S.C. has been recognized by the American Board of Certification as nationally certified in Business Bankruptcy Law.
To become certified, DeMarb satisfied requirements that include having more than 30 percent of her practice time dedicated to bankruptcy-related matters over the past three years, documenting extensive involvement in business bankruptcy cases, and completing in excess of 60 hours of bankruptcy education. In addition, DeMarb passed a day-long, extensive exam on bankruptcy issues.

DeMarb joined Murphy Desmond S.C. in 1997, and has focused her practice primarily on business bankruptcy and financial restructuring. She represents secured creditors, debtors in possession and other parties in business bankruptcies. DeMarb earned her Bachelors Degree from Loyola University Chicago and her Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Her State Bar number is 1026221.
