WINNECONNE, WI – Midwest Towel and Supply is pleased to announce that Dennis Reimer and Ernest Harvey have purchased the company from Marvin Melberg. With over 70 years of combined experience in the paper industry, Reimer and Harvey bring a vast amount of leadership, engineering and marketing skills to the organization Marvin Melberg, past owner, Mike Kuenzi, controller and Larry Redman, sales manager, will join the two as part of the management team.

Dennis Reimer served as purchasing manager for Little Rapids Corporation and brings over 25 years of paper experience to the organization. Most recently, he was involved in opportunity analysis, global networking and product development at Little Rapids. Dennis is a strong proponent of outstanding customer service and product quality.
Ernest Harvey is a chemical engineer and most recently served as past president of a large pulp manufacturing mill in California where he commuted to and from Wisconsin. Loving the Midwest and not ready to retire to the South, Ernest brings a vast amount of manufacturing and technological experience to the organization. Being well connected within the industry for the past 45 years, Ernest will seek out opportunities for new product lines, technology and customers.
Midwest Towel and Supply was founded in 1995 and has grown to over $8 million in sales over the past 10 years. The company employs 43 people and plans to remain in Winneconne.
“Winneconne has been good to Midwest Towel and Supply,” says Dennis Reimer, president. “We plan to grow and expand here in the future and we will be moving to a larger, newer facility located at 200 Ingersoll Road (the former Ingersoll Rand facility) in Winneconne later this year. We look forward to a long term relationship with the Village of Winneconne.”
Midwest Towel and Supply is a privately held company specializing in the conversion and sewing of paper and nonwoven products. They are recognized as a leading niche provider in the food service and health care industry. The company provides scrim reinforced and tissue/poly raw material to specialty converters in addition to offering rewinding and laminating of customer supplied stock.
