Crandon, WI: Northern Wisconsin based CoVantage Credit Union will provide financing for
the construction of a new $10 million Forest County Potawatomi Community administration
building under an agreement finalized today.

“This agreement makes good business and community sense,” said Tribal Chairman Gus
Frank. “We are pleased that the Tribe can help support our local economy by doing business
with Northern Wisconsin based companies.”

By spreading the cost of the $10 million construction project over a longer period of time at a
favorable interest rate, the Tribe is able to help preserve its available cash reserve while
completing the major construction project.

“CoVantage is pleased the Tribe decided to partner with us on this major capitol project,”
stated Paul E Grinde, Executive Vice President, CoVantage Credit Union. “The Tribe has
proven itself a valuable asset to the Northern Wisconsin economy,”

The $10 million Tribal administration construction project broke ground in September, 2005
and will create about 80 construction jobs. The new facility will house the Tribe’s government
operations and should be completed in the summer of 2006. The Tribe broke ground on a $20
million casino expansion project in nearby Carter, Wisconsin in May 2005.

The Forest County Potawatomi have lived in Forest County, Wisconsin since the late
1800s. The Tribe is the largest employer in Forest County, employing about 700 in the
county through its government operations, casino and hotel business, health and wellness
center and additional business ventures. More information about the tribe is available at
