APPLETON, WI, — February 14, 2005 – Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation (AWAC), announced today that Jason Weiss has been promoted to Managing Director of Systems Operation Control and Crew Resources.

Mr. Weiss joined AWAC in 2002 as the Director of Crew Planning. Since that time, he has been an integral part of our team and has spearheaded significant efforts to reduce crew costs. Mr. Weiss recently managed a project to introduce advanced technologies, which allowed for increased utilization of company resources. In his new role, he will oversee crew planning, crew scheduling, dispatch and aircraft scheduling.

Prior to joining the AWAC team, Mr. Weiss worked as an Operations Controller at Atlas Air. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management & Technology from Eastern Michigan University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and is pursuing an M.B.A. within the University of Wisconsin school system.
