Mosinee, WI (October 1, 2004)‹The board of directors of Madison-based
Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin has re-elected Tom Helbach,
president of Mosinee Insurance Agency, Inc., as chairperson of IIA InsurPac,
a separate but affiliated state organization.

Helbach is also a member of the board of directors of the state association.

InsurPac is the political action committee of the Independent Insurance
Agents of Wisconsin, the trade association representing some 5,000 agents,
reports board president Jeffrey Thiel of Mequon.

³InsurPac pools the voluntary and individual financial contributions of
insurance agents. The funds are use to support the election of state
legislators who share the association¹s business philosophy,² Helbach says.

The group also advises the government affairs department of the national
Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America on state concerns.

Mosinee Insurance Agency, Inc., located at 304 Water Street in Mosinee, is a
family-owned business that serves the personal and business insurance needs
of clients throughout central Wisconsin. The agency was founded in 1934.
