OEM Fabricators Inc.: Names Joseph Bartz Director of Operations

WOODVILLE, WI—OEM Fabricators, Inc. announced Joseph Bartz of Granton has been named Director of Operations. Bartz,

37, will lead the firm’s manufacturing and related operations for OEM’s four plants. He will also serve on the company’s

leadership team.

In making the announcement to Team Members, OEM President S. Mark Tyler said, “Joe has the background and experience

we need to drive continuous improvement, develop synergies, and improve communications among our facilities as we

continue to grow and compete in new markets.”

Bartz was promoted to Operations Director after serving as Plant Manager for OEM’s Neillsville facility since 2014. He will

retain the Neillsville Plant Manager role. Bartz joined OEM in 2007. He began as Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Coordinator, and later served as Customer Service Project Manager, Account Manager, and Business Unit Manager. “We

have a talented Team at OEM,” said Bartz. “I look forward to making a positive impact.”

A 2004 Business Management graduate of UW-Oshkosh, Bartz began his career working in quality for a Fortune 500

manufacturer in Neillsville. He later worked for another division of the company in Moscoda, where he served as

Continuous Improvement Coordinator before returning to Neillsville to join OEM. Bartz and his wife Jenny have two

children.

OEM is a privately held contract manufacturer providing advanced steel fabrication and engineering services for Original

Equipment Manufacturers. OEM specializes in manufacturing processes for complex, high-performance components with

heavy-gauge metal fabrication, precision machining, welding, finishing, assembly, design, and supply chain optimization.

Founded in 1986, OEM employs 450 Team Members at its four Wisconsin facilities in Woodville, Neillsville, Baldwin, and

Phillips.
