Independent digital agency continues on path of growth in 2015

Milwaukee, Wis. — Ascedia, a full-service digital agency based in

Milwaukee, Wis., is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary this month. Since opening its doors in

2000, Ascedia has transformed from a new agency with a big vision into a nimble organization that

develops lasting partnerships with its clients in the hospitality & tourism, manufacturing,

healthcare and education markets.

Ascedia’s original team of four has increased to over sixty employees, with continued growth on

the horizon as the agency expands its focus to provide holistic digital marketing strategy and

services to its clients. In 2014, Ascedia’s sales grew 40% year-over-year, and the agency is on pace

for 20% growth in 2015.

“Since day one, we’ve watched marketing teams shift their budgets more and more toward digital.

We’re no longer trying to convince people that digital is worth the investment – we’re showing

them how to get the most out of digital media, beyond the website,” said Dan Early, President and

CEO at Ascedia. “Marketing services and content development are a big part of Ascedia’s future as

we continue to help our clients carve out their unique identity on the web.”

Over the years, the agency’s work has won significant industry recognition, including awards from

the Web Marketing Association, the Business Marketing Association, the Interactive Media Council

and the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, for its cutting-edge work with clients including Sub-
Zero and Wolf, Wisconsin Department of Tourism, Master Lock and Alto-Shaam.

In its first year of eligibility, Ascedia was named one of the 2015 Top Workplaces in Wisconsin by

the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This recognition was particularly meaningful for an organization

that keeps employee satisfaction a top priority. With significant staff growth over the past two

years, Ascedia’s leadership remains focused on creating an open, genuine and collaborative

environment for its team members.

“It’s easy to claim that you’re a ‘fun’ company with unconventional benefits and perks, but it’s not

as easy to actually create an environment that lives up to the concept. Ascedia feels different than

other agencies, and our clients appreciate that,” said Early. “All Ascedians are empowered to grow

personally and professionally while having fun at work every day, and our culture and people are

what will keep us ahead of the competition for the next fifteen years.”
