County Executive Highlights Investments & Attractions to Real Estate Developers
(Brown County, Wis.) – Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach, along with the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin, took real estate developers and agents on a tour Tuesday highlighting investments in infrastructure and attractions.
“This creative approach to inspiring investment and ideas is essential to maintaining strong economic growth in Brown County,” says Streckenbach. “We highlighted the economic activity, opportunities, and key facts surrounding important projects throughout our community. Through these efforts, Brown County demonstrated that the foundation is in place for continued commercial and residential development.”
The bus tour featured 24 points of interest covering many communities in Brown County, specifically the most recent infrastructure improvements and community assets impacted by the South Bridge Connector Project. Additionally, there were two opportunities for walking tours for attendees to see the newly completed Sports Emporium/One Wisconsin Volleyball facility that’s meeting the demand for regional youth sports facilities and the numerous development projects reshaping downtown De Pere.
