New location co-owned by Green Bay football legend Donald Driver celebrates opening with support for local students and families.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 22, 2026) – Cousins Subs® today celebrated the grand opening of its Green Bay West location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside community leaders, partners and guests.
The event brought together Cousins Subs leadership, representatives from the Green Bay Area Public School District, Discover Green Bay, community partners and Donald Driver, Green Bay football legend, longtime Cousins Subs partner and co-owner of the Green Bay West location.
“It’s exciting to see the Green Bay West location officially open and welcome guests through the doors,” said Christine Specht, CEO of Cousins Subs. “We’re proud of the work that went into bringing this restaurant to life and grateful to everyone who helped make this celebration possible.”
As part of the grand opening celebration, Cousins Subs is giving back to the Green Bay community through a weeklong fundraiser benefiting Starr Elementary School and Allouez Pantry, which serves students and families at Webster and Doty elementary schools. Through July 26, Cousins Subs will donate 20% of all sales from the Green Bay West location to support these organizations.
“We wanted to continue to touch lives, and we know sometimes it takes a village to do that,” said Driver. “Giving back to this community is important because we know there are families who need support. If we can play even a small role in helping local students and families, that’s what it’s all about.”
The celebration continues at Green Bay West with a limited-time offer for guests. From July 27 through Aug. 2, customers can enjoy $6 Turkey and Ham & Provolone 7½-inch subs and bowls. The offer is available exclusively at the Green Bay West location for in-store and online orders. No coupon is required.
The new Cousins Subs Green Bay West location is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
