Wisconsin Oven Corporation is pleased to announce the availability of in-house parts testing under a nitrogen atmosphere for customers considering the purchase of an Atmosphere Batch Oven (ABO Series). The new testing service allows customers to validate their process and verify part quality before their equipment is purchased.
With Wisconsin Oven’s new in-house testing capabilities, customers can submit sample parts for processing under a nitrogen atmosphere. After testing, the results are reviewed by Wisconsin Oven’s team to verify surface quality and ensure the final oven design is suitable for the application, reducing overall project risk.
Wisconsin Oven’s ABO Series is designed for processing oxidation-sensitive materials like steel, aluminum, PTFE, UHMW and other materials that require an inert atmosphere to minimize surface oxidation. These inert gas ovens are available with maximum temperature ratings up to 1,250°F and can be designed to meet demanding industry specifications such as AMS-2750, AMS-2770, and BAC-5621.
