SIREN, Wis., June 1,2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Lake Country Apartments, a 24-units multifamily property in Siren, Wisconsin. The property sold for $3,575,000, or $148,958 per unit.
“Lake Country Apartments was developed to address the lack of new rental inventory in the Siren market, and the property maintained full occupancy from the time it was delivered,” said Dan Bowar, director investments. “Tertiary markets throughout Wisconsin continue to see strong demand, particularly for quality multifamily product, and rent fundamentals indicate long-term stability in markets with limited competing inventory.”
Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Lake Country Apartments LLC, and procured the buyer, an Illinois-based investor.
Lake Country Apartments is situated on five acres at 23920 Nyberg Rd. in Siren. Built in 2023, the property includes 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments across 18,768 rentable square feet, along with three detached garage buildings with enclosed parking stalls. The buyer plans to implement professional management to further enhance the tenant experience and is evaluating the potential development of an additional 16 units included with the property.
