STEVENS POINT, Wis., May 27,2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Northpoint Shopping Center, an 11-suite retail strip located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The property sold for $8.15 million.
“This transaction required a highly coordinated effort, as the buyer sold three separate assets, including two self-storage properties and a multifamily asset, to position himself for the acquisition of Northpoint Shopping Center,” said Dan Bowar, director investments. “A lot of dominoes needed to fall to make the deal happen, and we were able to tap into our platform to successfully execute each piece. The buyer was looking to consolidate his portfolio into a more passive investment closer to home, and this property was a strong fit for that strategy.”
Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, procured the buyer, Hastings Properties LLC.
Northpoint Shopping Center is situated on 4.21 acres at 200 Division St. Built in 1968, the 62,956-square-foot shopping center is fully occupied and features tenants such as Dollar Tree, Anytime Fitness, U.S. Cellular and Firehouse Subs. The property is within walking distance of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
