JOHNSON CREEK, Wis., May 26,2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 100-room Comfort Suites hotel property in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.

Valliani and Kristen Blackshaw, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.

The hotel is near Johnson Creek Premium Outlets and Milford Hills Hunt Club, driving traffic and demand.
