New 52,000+ Square-Foot Location Marks VASA’s Continued Midwest Growth and Introduces Full-Service Club to the Lake Winnebago Region
MENASHA, WI – VASA Fitness, one of the fastest-growing fitness operators in the U.S., is opening a new location at 1700 South Appleton Road in Menasha on Saturday, May 16. The club marks VASA’s 72nd location nationwide and further expands the brand’s presence in Wisconsin, joining its existing locations in New Berlin and Racine, and with a fourth location coming to Green Bay in August.
Located in the Menasha Marketplace shopping center, the new 52,000+ square-foot facility is designed to deliver a comprehensive fitness experience. The new VASA blends strength training, cardio, recovery and studio-style classes–all within one accessible, community-focused space. The opening builds on VASA’s continued investment in the Midwest and positions the brand to serve the broader Lake Winnebago area–one of the state’s fastest-growing regions with strong demand for high-quality, accessible fitness options.

Members will also have access to a wide range of recovery and wellness amenities, including a cold plunge—the first multi-person pool of its kind in Wisconsin—along with a sauna and steam room, hot tub, massage lounge, and red light therapy, creating a balanced environment that supports both performance and recovery. The club is expected to employ approximately 70 team members, contributing to local job growth while creating opportunities for individuals passionate about health, fitness and community. The Menasha opening represents an important step for the brand’s broader regional growth strategy, including an additional location planned in Green Bay later this year.
