New hires solidify McCarty’s reputation as leading legal resource for businesses
APPLETON, Wis. [April 28, 2026] — McCarty Law LLP, a top law firm in Northeast Wisconsin, is excited to share the addition of attorneys Rebecca Kellner and Will Wetzel to its employment law practice. With their combined expertise, the firm is positioned to deliver proactive counsel and expert representation to businesses across the Fox Valley and beyond.
Kellner brings more than 15 years of experience in compliance and legal counsel, having served as assistant general counsel for mid-sized and large organizations. She specializes in HR advisory, contract negotiations, risk management and building compliant employment practices. A graduate of Marquette University Law School, Kellner also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources management and the Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
Wetzel joins McCarty Law with a decade of experience in employment litigation, including cases before the Equal Rights Division (ERD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and federal courts. He advises clients on workplace policies, discrimination and harassment complaints and all stages of litigation. Wetzel earned his juris doctor and bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
