Inpro: Recognized as a Top Workplace nationally and in Southeast Wisconsin

Muskego, Wis. — Inpro, a Muskego-based manufacturer of architectural building products, has been recognized with two Top Workplaces honors in 2026—one at the national level and one locally in Southeast Wisconsin.

Both awards are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, measuring key aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, connection, and engagement.

National Recognition: Six-time Top Workplaces USA Winner

Inpro has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces USA winner, marking the company’s sixth consecutive year receiving national recognition.

Out of thousands of organizations that participated nationwide, Inpro was one of just 17 mid-size companies in Wisconsin to earn this distinction.

Regional Recognition: Seventeen-time Southeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces Winner

In addition to its national recognition, Inpro has also been named a Top Workplaces Southeast Wisconsin winner for the 17th consecutive year.

This long-standing recognition highlights the consistency of Inpro’s culture at the local level. The company is one of only eight organizations to have earned this award every year since the program began.

Culture Driven by Employees
Both recognitions reflect an employees-first philosophy at Inpro. The company prioritizes supporting and empowering its people, creating an environment where employees can succeed and drive strong outcomes for customers and the business.

“This recognition reflects what our team has built together, and it is something we are all proud of,” said Marc Holland, President and CEO of Inpro. “We have worked hard to put our employees first by valuing people, investing in their growth, and trusting them to do the right thing. Our team shows up every day committed to each other, takes pride in their work, and makes a positive impact. That is what makes Inpro a great place to work.”

That commitment is backed by ongoing investments across the organization. In the past year, Inpro introduced Lifestyle Spending Accounts, enhanced its Charitable Match Program that matches employee donations up to $500, and expanded opportunities for employees to give back through dedicated volunteer hours. Employees also benefit from clubs and team activities that strengthen connections across the company.

Inpro continues to invest in employee well-being through enhanced wellness offerings, including the launch of the Inpro Café, a modern dining space offering convenient, subsidized meals, as well as access to physical therapy and an on-site fitness center with personal training. The company also recently opened its Design Center + Showroom, a collaborative space designed to bring teams together, encourage innovation, and support both employee and customer experiences.
