ENCE: Launches comprehensive programs to empower individuals with special needs toward independence and confidence

Waukesha, Wisconsin — April 16, 2026 — ENCE, a mission-driven organization supporting individuals with special needs and their families, is proud to announce the grand opening of its programs focused on independent living, career readiness, and structured life skills development.

Founded by Dawn Lewis, ENCE was created from a personal vision centered on the belief that: every individual deserves the opportunity to live with independENCE, build confidENCE, and move through life with resiliENCE.

“My goal has always been to turn confusion into clarity and overwhelming feelings into a clear, practical path forward,” said Lewis.

ENCE provides individualized support through structured planning, goal setting, accountability systems, and career readiness preparation. The organization emphasizes that success is not only about outcomes, but also about the HOW—the mindset, preparation, and support behind each step forward.

“HOW matters just as much as the destination,” Lewis added. “It’s about attitude, preparation, and the people who support you along the way.”

ENCE continues to grow its services and support network for families seeking clarity, structure, and long-term independence. To learn more about ENCE, view programs, workshops, monthly events, read blogs, and more, please visit: https://enceprograms.square.site/ and follow us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ence_programs or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/enceprograms/.
