Marcus & Millichap: Arranges $3.1m sale of fully occupied retail property in Wisconsin Rapids

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis., March 30,2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Rapids Plaza, a seven-tenant fully occupied retail center located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, for $3.1 million.

 “This center drew substantial investor interest thanks to its high historical occupancy, new roof, and positioning in front of a well-ranked Walmart,” said Jeff Rowlett, senior managing director investments.

Rowlett and John Sfire, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee and Minneapolis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Rapids Plaza, LLC. Rowlett procured the buyer, Above Grade Properties, LLC. 

Rapids Plaza is located at 4551 8th St. S in Wisconsin Rapids’ primary retail corridor. The fully occupied retail center sits on a high-traffic corner and is shadow-anchored by Walmart. Built in 2003, the 16,620-square-foot property includes tenants such as Papa Murphy’s, AT&T, Jackson Hewitt and Shopko Optical.
