MILWAUKEE (March 30, 2026) – Cousins Subs® takes sandwich satisfaction to the next level with the launch of its newest lineup: “Protein Power Plays.” These four 5-inch subs deliver more protein, fewer carbs and bold flavor; all for just $7.99 each.
The “Protein Power Plays” menu features the following four subs, all on freshly baked 5-inch Italian bread:
- Power Club – 33g of protein with ham, turkey, provolone, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, oregano and mayo.
- Power Ham – 26g of protein with ham, provolone, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, oregano and mayo.
- Power Tuna – 23g of protein with tuna mixed with Cousins’ signature mayo, topped with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and oregano.
- Power Turkey – 24g of protein with turkey, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, salt and mayo.
