Oak Bank: Introduces new Universal Banker role; Welcomes Taylor Brown

Oak Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Taylor Brown to the newly created position of Universal Banker. This new role blends the responsibilities of a Client Service Representative (Teller) and Personal Banker, enhancing flexibility and depth within Oak Bank’s client-facing team.

Taylor brings almost five years of professional experience from the insurance industry, where she built a strong foundation in client service and client relationship management. Her background positions her well to support Oak Bank’s commitment to delivering personalized, community-focused banking services.

The Universal Banker title is a new position at Oak Bank, designed to provide clients with a seamless banking experience by allowing team members to assist with a wide range of financial needs—from everyday transactions to more in-depth account services.

“We’re excited to welcome Taylor into this new role,” said Cristie Hansen, VP Deposit Operations at Oak Bank. “The Universal Banker position allows us to better serve our clients by combining transaction services with personalized banking support. Taylor’s experience and client-first mindset make her a great fit for this evolution of our service model.”

Taylor shared her enthusiasm about joining the Oak Bank team. “I’m thrilled to join Oak Bank in this new Universal Banker role,” said Taylor. “I look forward to building relationships with clients and being a resource for their financial needs in our community.”

Taylor lives in Verona with her husband and enjoys playing with her dog, Ella, and spending time with her family.
