Helf brings custom home building expertise and a commitment to advancing quality housing in the Fox Cities
GREENVILLE, Wis. (March 12, 2026) — Virtue Homes, a premier custom home builder and basement finishing company serving the Fox Cities region, is proud to announce that owner Gerald Helf has been appointed to the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities (HBAFC) board of directors.
HBAFC is a non-profit organization that supports the local residential construction industry through advocacy for quality housing, education and collaboration with local businesses and municipalities.
Helf’s career in home construction began in the Fox Cities, where he grew up working in the trades alongside his father. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is a Certified Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors. Helf also participates in the FOCUS ON ENERGY® New Homes Program, which promotes energy-efficient building practices in Wisconsin.
“Building homes is about more than construction, it’s about trust, craftsmanship and long-term relationships,” said Helf, owner of Virtue Homes. “I’m honored to contribute to an organization that supports strong building community as much as it does quality housing.”
In addition to this new role, Helf also serves on the board of directors for the Greenville Youth Sports Organization.
