ATC: Again recognized as one of the best places to work

Energy company ranks #4 on FORTUNE Magazine Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production 2025

PEWAUKEE, Wis. – ATC is pleased to announce its #4 ranking on FORTUNE Magazine’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production 2025 list. Fortune’s Best Workplaces lists highlight organizations excelling in creating positive, inclusive and engaging work environments.

Ranking in the top five is a reflection of ATC’s commitment to creating a workplace that supports employees professionally and personally, placing value on teamwork, engagement and development.  This year, 91% of survey participants affirmed that ATC is a Great Place to Work, compared to 57% at a typical U.S. company.

“At ATC, we strive to maintain a culture where our team members feel safe, motivated and they know their contributions matter,” said Lori Lorenz, ATC executive vice president, chief people, culture and customer officer. “Creating an environment where employees can unlock their full potential is a top priority.”

ATC is highlighted as a Great Place to Work for its flexible, supportive and engaging culture, and transparent communication. This is the company’s 11th consecutive year making this prestigious list, jumping from a 13th ranking in 2024 to #4 this year. ATC is honored to be the only Wisconsin manufacturing company recognized among the top 50 on this year’s list.
