Classes Available in both Outagamie and Calumet Counties
Fox Cities, Wis. (June 16, 2025) – Registration is now open for the next sessions of the Fox Cities Chamber’s groundbreaking leadership program – “Leader Lab: Linking Organizational Culture and Leadership.” To date, almost 80 participants have gone through the program, and the Chamber is now seeking its next cohort of inspiring leaders or those who wish to lead culture change in their organizations.
Leader Lab is a professional development program designed to cultivate leadership and culture-focused skills among professionals in the Fox Cities region, at any stage in their career development. Through a series of workshops, self-guided study, and networking opportunities, participants engage in activities that enhance their leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and personal growth. The program aims to empower individuals to take on greater leadership roles within their organizations, the broader community, and their own lives.
This high-impact program consists of seven 90-minute in-person classes, with self-study and reflection in between sessions. Cost is $450 per participant, with attendees receiving a certificate upon completion.
Leader Labparticipants return to the workplace with stronger self-awareness, improved collaboration skills, and tools to create more cohesive teams. They learn how to lead with clarity, communicate more effectively, and solve challenges with greater confidence.
Participants have the opportunity to choose from two class locations – either at the Fox Cities Chamber, or in Calumet County.
Classes will be held at the Fox Cities Chamber, 125 N. Superior Street, Appleton from 9 – 10:30 a.m. on August 14, 21 & 26, and September 4, 11, 18 & 25. All classes are held on Thursdays, except for August 26, which is a Tuesday.
A separate series of classes will be held in Calumet County, beginning at the Calumet County Administration Building. Classes will be held from 9 – 10:30 a.m. on August 13, 20 & 27, and September 2, 10, 17 & 24. All classes are held on Wednesdays, except for September 2, which is a Tuesday.
Program cost is $450, and registration is limited. The program cost includes:
