Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association: Announces leadership transition

The Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association (WMCA) announces the retirement of President Neal Kedzie after more than a decade of exceptional leadership and service. Kedzie will depart the WMCA on May 30, 2025.

Neal has been a strong and effective voice for Wisconsin’s trucking industry, and we thank him for his many contributions. We wish him the very best in his well-earned retirement.

WMCA is also proud to announce Dan Johnson as the Association’s new President. Dan has served as WMCA Vice President since 2014, where he has led state legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts and managed key operations supporting WMCA members. Prior to joining the WMCA, Dan worked in the Wisconsin Legislature for more than 15 years in various senior roles, including Senate Chief of Staff.

Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His depth of experience in policy, public service, and association leadership positions him well to guide the WMCA into the future. Johnson will begin his term on June 2, 2025.

Please join us in congratulating Neal on his retirement and welcoming Dan to his new leadership role!
