WAUKESHA, Wis. — Waukesha Foundry announced today that President Steve Cooke will be leaving the company. Jake Walczak, who currently serves as Director of Operations, has been promoted to President and will lead Waukesha Foundry into its next chapter of growth.
Cooke has served as President of Waukesha Foundry since 2022 and has played a vital role in advancing the company’s strategic growth, operational capabilities, customer relationships, and commitment to manufacturing excellence.
“It has been a privilege to lead Waukesha Foundry and work alongside such a talented and dedicated team,” said Cooke. “I am proud of what we have accomplished together and confident that Jake’s deep understanding of the business, commitment to our employees and customers, and proven leadership will position Waukesha Foundry for continued success.”
Walczak brings more than 12 years of experience at Waukesha Foundry and deep knowledge of the company’s operations, customers, employees, and culture.
